    Correct format is.. <span style='color:#XXX;'><i class="XXX"></i> Notice that at the end of the icon class enclosure there is an extra space. Put as many spaces there until you reach the desired gap between the FA icon and the username. Also, don't forget to add </span> in the next field.

    That's a hosting issue, specifically it being shit. You'll need to upgrade the allocated resources or switch hosts.

    Always start with the simplest steps first: clearing your browser cache and your forum cache (ACP -> Support -> Something isn't working correctly). Assuming that you're still having issues, check that your folder permissions are correct (ACP -> Support -> System Check). If everything is fine there, double-check your PHP settings. Specifically: upload_max_filesize post_max_size max_execution_time Ensure that post_max_size is a greater value than upload_max_filesize and that both values are greater than the size of the XMLs you are attempting to upload.

    All of these sound like JS-related errors. Three possible culprits: Browser Invision installation Sluggish/Poor hosting Try clearing the cache in the ACP with the support tool. If the issue persists, try a different browser. Next step would be to ensure you're using a newer version of Invision. Finally, if all else fails, consult your hosting provider and try to determine if this is a result of limited hosting resources or perhaps an issue with the hosting configuration.
