You're either using an IDM or there's some other unknown issue on your end. It's not WebFlake. Please don't do that. It's a serious violation of our Community Guidelines.

As was said on Discord, this is something on your end. There's absolutely nothing we can do for you. For the record, I just tested this download on three different devices, with three different accounts, and with three different levels of access. Download was successful on each attempt. There are no server side errors or know outages with our host. If you're using an IDM, don't. Not only is it prohibited (and a dick move) but it will cause this type of issue.

Don't use an IDM. This issue is entirely on your end.

Deleted my previous post. Forgot that with 4.5, you can toggle "Can use IP tools?" and it also disables IP visibility. In previous versions it would only disable the IP lookup tool in ModCP. So, yeah. @tiestotrjust go to ACP -> Members tab -> Staff -> Moderators, edit the moderator group (or add it as one if you haven't already) and toggle that option off. It'll be in the first tab labeled "General".

You could try Word Expansion or Word Filter under ACP > Settings > Posting but I'm uncertain if either accepts HTML formatting.

Be more specific. Are you asking how to colorize group usernames? Your second question is just a CSS adjustment.

You would need to remove the associated tables from your SQL database because they're likely corrupted by you adding/removing files.
