    Well, first you need to update your IPS to 4.5, you can get the files from here, after you download the files, drag and drop all the files except conf_global.php over the existing files then go to „yourdomain.com/admin/upgrade”. @Tony He is bad at expressing his problem but somehow i find out what he need to do xD.

    There is any log file showing the problem on your server ? If you don't have access to the file request it from your hosting provider.

    Well the problem can be caused even by the cache file stored on the server, try clear the cache via support tool, also try edit the same content on the default white theme to see if the problem persist even there.

    Provides a custom transliteration for friendly URLs. Substitutes special characters in FURL according to the custom settings. Supports all applications*! To add or edit your custom substitution, log in to your AdminCP and go to System → Plugins. Click on Edit (pencil in the plugin row) and enter substitution you wish. Off : But i do not recommend using a 4.2 temple on 4.5 without doing a full theme update for the current platform version, due to the php code changes and css.
