Yes WebFlake does use IPS for their site software.

What version of IPS are you using? The Bugs and Suggestions is for 4.0 and not 4.4 (or 4.2 as your profile says your using)

I use STMP and works fine. Check that your mail settings are all correct. Post a screenshot of your settings for email will help us troubleshoot the issue for you.

You need to set your php version in your cpanel or websites admin panel, not in the php.ini file. You are best to start with 7.1 and if that doesn't work change it to 7.2. These are the two best php versions I have found for IPS 4.4

Exactly what error are you getting? Also, as you have a new host, you usually have a new username. Have you changed those details in your database itself?

Have you run the support tool to clear the cache? ACP -- Support -- Something isn't working

You need to use php 7.1 or 7.2. It will not work on php 5.6

In you cPanel go to your MultiPHP Manager under the heading Software to change your php version.

Just using php version 7.2

Clear your cache, also check your forum permissions for the admin directory.

I want to install a custom font that I got from the website dafont.com How would I install this onto the forum for people and my Saved Actions posts can use. Thanks in advance for your help on how to do this.

That would be apart of the theme of being used.

If you are talking about creating a custom menu go to your ACP -- Menu Manager and create your menu as you want it with internal and external links and publish the menu.

Might help if you would show you configuration settings you have set for the Data Storage also.

When you did the upgrade did you select the Pages app to be updated? Did you tick the Pages box? Attempt to re-run the upgrade and see if it show up. And if it is not installed, install it through the ACP in Applications.

1st. You would have to change the date via phpmyadmin - but be careful as you could stuff up the whole system. 2nd. You want to change the icon without actually adding an image? How else do you expect to do this?
