you cant downgrade form 4.5 . to 4.4 you would have to remove your community and start with a fresh install of 4.4

if you are using the latest version of ips and it for a lower version it will not work

yea make a MySQL Database for your forums to work when filezill is open and u coneccted you will see the public folder just upload it

your server will not be hosting ips you have to download from webflake up load to your server public_html make a database and install here how to do it webflake
