    So you removing the COPPA code had started to cause this? I actually kind of want to be clear on this for future people (granted they will search for it). Either or, I understand that the COPPA in IPB 3.4.6-3.4.7 causes problems for people attempting to register on the forum. So perhaps finding another route in removing it (personally, I always remove the entire template code rather than commenting it out or anything of the sort, doesn't seem to have caused problems before).

    From what I seen, I saw that it wasn't because of a setting (at least it wasn't for me). It was because of on your registration page, your 'Create Account' button doesn't seem to work and won't redirect the page to the registration page (since you didn't explain hehe...). As anyone installed something or changed something on the registration template? I know you said it hasn't been touched but we need to make sure that nothing has been touched or messed with, even if it's a modification, template change etc., just want to cover the base here. Edit: Those who switch to the mobile version will be able to register normally so my best guess would someone has messed with the registration template.

    This is a module so you have to manage the module from another place rather than where a hook(s) is managed. So in the AdminCP, at the top right there is the thing called "Other Apps" if I recall, hover over it and you should see the module's name under that.
