  1. The question(s) in this support topic have been answered and the topic author has resolved their issue. This topic is now closed. If you have other questions, please open a new topic.
  2. Just disable new registrations in the general registration settings. People will then just login using whatever service you have setup and if they don't already have an account that's linked it will create a new one for them.
  3. Couple Suggestions. Not sure if they will work or be of any help. You tried clearing the cache too right? Also, quick question, but what did you mean when you said the following? If you disable two-factor auth, does it allow you to login/register as usual? Option 1. ACP > System > Support > Error Logs. This might give you some insight depending on whether or not it's logging your problem. Option 2. Disallow new registrations and only use Steam, Discord, etc. It will make new accounts for folks who don't already have one, it's a great route to go if you want to prevent spam, and it's quicker. My buddy who runs IPB for a Gmod community only offers login via Steam and it is working like a charm. Option 3. Go to whateveryoursiteis.com/admin/upgrade and login, then proceed through the updater, even if no updates are available. On the second or third screen, it will check the permissions on your site and tell you if you have any PHP issues. If you do, correct them and try your login handler again. Option 4. Last resort, backup your database, start with a new installation, then re-deploy your database. Might break something but it may fix your issue if you're having corruption problems. Chances are you're going to have to go in and fix a couple things by hand if you go this route, but I suppose it just depends on how bad you want the default login handler to work. Let me know if you have any luck
  4. New hires of staff members other than offers extended to previously serving staff members will not occur yet until an application and vetting process can be established by management.
  5. You may need to post a custom job offer here or on a freelance site. Depending on how bad you want this, that may need to be the route you need to go. Shouldn't be too expensive, but as I said, it's going to require custom code to compare a user's input to the database of user fields.
  6. We're also going to start cleaning up the Downloads area. If something is broken, really old, etc, it may be deleted. We are in the works (the staff) of drafting plans for the future of WebFlake in regards to cleaning things up, what we plan on offering, how things will work, etc. It may take a couple days but we will update everyone as soon as we can.
  7. That's going to require some custom SQL coding as far as I can tell because I'm not aware of any current mod that checks against other members' custom fields.
  8. I remember wayyyy back on ForumCore when I started on the Support Team. I think we should continue with the site for a couple days or weeks, see who is providing good support, and then reach out to them. Or, we could accept applications and base the decisions upon their posting history. Either way we end up doing it, I think it would be beneficial to us. Also having an Uploaders group would allow us to properly label trusted, consistent folks who upload good content.
  9. Are you wanting the text part where it says the member's group gone but the rest to stay?
  10. I totally used to be a Google whore and loved Android. I was into rooting, custom ROMs, etc. But last year I was number 2 in line to get the 5s on launch day at Best Buy. And as of right now I'm typing this reply on my Macbook Pro. So, I suppose you can say things have changed. I love my Apple toys and how well they work together. I am sure that iOS 8 will bring a lot more functionality to the devices and hopefully allow them to work more seamlessly together. I am using the Yosemite beta right now and it's looking much better than Mavericks.
  11. Are you using temporary email services by chance? Those are frowned upon in this establishment and usually end up with accounts just being deleted. Or perhaps it was due to inactivity.

  17. For someone who knows decent php, it shouldn't be too difficult. But you'd probably have to pay someone to create something like this for you.
  18. You cannot tell from the front-end. It appears as though it's a licensed board. Your copyright is in-tact and also links back to IPS, so that is all you really have to worry about. I don't vouch for anyone, but normally you pay up front, and can request a refund within a set amount of time. No where I know of lets you go up and running for 14 days, and then charges you. That's a bad business model. It's easier to keep customers that have to go through the refund process than attempt to keep one who hasn't given you any money yet. Just the way it works out there.
  19. That is for something else. Not setting the global skin for everyone. That sets it per their user agent which the OP isn't trying to achieve based on his post.
