    They usually will contact you to buy the software or stop using it. Unless you are makng lot's of money, they normally don't sue you. Use an offshore host and you will be safer.

    Try using phpmyadmin and browsing the table forums and finding the forum record that has that in and change the name or delete the record (last option).

    It will make the forum unusable. If that is what you want. In the admin panel you can delete the forums posts and members Forums > Manage Forums Members > Manage Members > Viewing Member List (find and prune by group or ??)

    It is probably because you are using full editor. If you type the [ code] link [ /code] by hand it should work. Seems the other way always gives an active link.
