  1. Newbies don't have access due to a previous issue with new users flooding our Bug Tracker and Suggestions Tracker with file requests, complaints about file limits, etc. For the moment, given that you don't have access to the tracker, you're welcome to share the bug here and I'll address it.
  2. CSS tweak for nav menu for both Halloween themes. Added another Q&A Challenge. When content is deleted, the author's content and reputation count will automatically update. Support topics that go unanswered or are not updated by the author will be automatically archived after 30 days. Worth noting that we're still testing this. Inactivity notice now includes a list of forums that you can post/reply in. View full release
  3. This has already been asked and answered several times. Your opinion on the matter is not unique or constructive. Fun fact: one of the reasons why the Inactivity Policy exists is because members, more often than not, are only focused on how WebFlake can help them and not how they can help WebFlake. This is exhibited by your obliviousness to previous discussions about the Inactivity Policy (meaning you haven't browsed our forums at all) and the message of your thread. Congratulations though. You managed to make your one post for the month. Guess it wasn't as difficult as you'd like us to believe. You even found time to download 15 files this month too! Wow! Unfortunately, because it's considered a redundant topic and is being archived, you'll lose the credit to your content count and your group will be reverted. Oops.
  4. Updated Q&A Challenge to include new Halloween themes. Added new Halloween-themed group badges. View full release
  5. DISCORD: Added a new #faq channel. Please note that this FAQ is related to WebFlake's Discord server. Purpose of the channel is to answer frequently asked questions from our Discord server (not support related). We will continue to populate and adjust the content of the channel as necessary. DISCORD: Added 25 new emojis to the Discord server. DISCORD: Removed all voice channels as they're not being used (not that we expected them to be). This also means we kicked our music bot since it'd be rather pointless to keep it around. DISCORD: Expanded DadBot's permissions to include auto-warns, auto-bans, and a mod log. Added two new Halloween themes: Halloween Lite and Halloween Dark. Both are slightly modified versions of our standard Lite/Dark themes. These were cobbled together quickly and aren't the fanciest but I wanted to get something out for members who have requested a spooky theme. A few features include: New logo with hover animation. New back-to-top mini-Death. New background with a few new gradients/patterns. New social icons. I'll work on customizing the theme further over the next few days. Added a new automated rule for new users that will dispatch a welcome message with helpful links and information. View full release

    Question Advertising

Define "servers". Websites? Gaming communities? Advertising in general is expressly prohibited. We do have a Website Showcase but even that has a strict set of guidelines.
  7. The question(s) in this support topic have been answered and the topic author has resolved their issue. This topic is now closed. If you have other questions, please open a new topic.
  8. Given that 4.3.9 doesn't exist, I'm assuming you mean 3.4.9 and the answer is, it was only briefly available before the 4.x release and we were unable to acquire it beforehand. Being that 4.x released nearly four years ago, there's absolutely zero reason to continue using an outdated and unsupported product. No, we will not be adding 3.4.9 nor will we approve any third-party nulls of it. If you're still using 3.x, it's time to upgrade.
  9. You are unable to downgrade to an older version of IPS. It simply isn't possible. However, if you have backups of your database and the IPS installation before upgrading to 4.3.x, you could simply revert to that point but you would lose any data accrued since then.
  10. No, you cannot send mass messages to this community. Any attempts to do so will result in your account being flagged for spam. You can message individual members by visiting their profile and clicking the appropriate button but I advise you, if it's an attempt to advertise, request resources, or any other unsolicited contact that is prohibited by our guidelines, you will be banned.
  11. We will not be changing our policy from 30 days to 60 days. Short of being paralyzed in a hospital bed, there's absolutely zero excuse for not being able to make one post in 30 days. At minimum, users can download three files per day for a maximum of 90 files in the span of a month. One post for 90 files. So no, I'm not going to adjust the policy to 60 days so that you're able to download 180 files for one post that you'll bitch about having to make.
  12. Now using a cluster for WidgetBot. Defaulted a few profanities/slurs to mod queue. This means any content containing prohibited terms, such as racial slurs, will now be held for moderation. We're no longer going to overlook masked vulgarities. Donators now have access to all request forums (IPS/XF/WP/Web), as well as the Website Showcase. Basically, every group except Newbies and Members can create new topics in the above forums. Newbies and Members can respond to website submissions, however. Removed old 4.3.x compatibility alert from IPS Support given that it's been stable for quite some time. View full release
