  2. Yes, the bundle comes with the most recent version of the individual trackers and users are free to download any updates. One payment. No renewals. You can customize any of the trackers to your liking. Change the language, the text, the design, etc.
  3. From everyone here at WebFlake, wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Support/file approvals may be a bit slow over the next few days but rest assured we'll work through any backlogs as soon as we're all back. Stay safe in your travels and enjoy this most wonderful time with family and friends!
  4. Merry Christmas, WebFlake! Please be safe in your travels and enjoy this wonderful time of year with family, friends, food, and gifts! Pushing a quick update before some downtime over the next couple of days. Added Twitter profile field Activated Store page for all users. https://webflake.sx/store Updated error code when viewing our Support tab without access. Retired Staff page is now visible to all users. https://webflake.sx/retired-staff Another pass at re-engagement emails. These emails will dispatch a reminder every two months that you are inactive. File authors will not receive an automated message alerting them when their file is removed. Few minor CSS updates to coloring and those pesky icons for our generated messages for saved actions. 5. That coupon code was still displaying as a result of a badly cached block, I'm afraid. My apologies. We are running an identical sale for 25% off, with code HOLLYJOLLY25.
  6. Updated Guidelines to reflect changes to file request rules. Guidelines still cited our old "15 posts" rule when it's now 50 posts (for Advanced Member). Made our Christmas theme extra Christmas-y. Snow piles, Christmas lights, snowflake patterns, etc. Updated several installed plugins and apps. Added additional filters for duplicate accounts. 7. That would be because you've reached your download cap. Snow tier has a cap of 20 files per day. You hit your cap at 2:17pm EST today. You'll need to wait 24 hours before downloading again. https://webflake.sx/donate/
  8. Commerce is a bit tricky so let me break down how a single transaction works, assuming you have everything configured properly. User A purchases a file or subscription from User B for say, $10 USD. Those funds ($10 USD) are deposited into a payee account, which would be the PayPal account you added to your website. User B then accesses their client panel on your site and submits a withdraw request. Assuming you have a commission for the site, let's assume 10%, User B can only submit a request for $9 since $1 goes to your site. That $9 is then processed as its own invoice and is paid out automatically by your PayPal account (which needs access to Payouts on PayPal). Commerce will do what you want but you can't avoid being the middleman — any transaction goes through your PayPal. This protects both your site and all users involved as well, which unfortunately also makes you an arbitrator for any disputes. If you need assistance configuring everything, just let us know.
  9. Please give a warm welcome to our two newest Junior Moderators, @Jeffrey and @Lady C. You'll recognize Jeffrey from his time spent as part of our Support Team and Lady C, of course, is a familiar face with our moderation team. Jeffrey's focus will primarily be support and moderation while Lady C's will generally be file queue and moderation.

  12. Yes. Yes, you can. Guidelines simply weren't updated to reflect our new requirement. They've been updated.

  15. New, default Christmas theme. Needs some CSS work, so report those bugs! Added Christmas member badges. Updated a handful of plugins/apps. View full release

  17. "I want a burger, not burgers." What the fuck are you even saying? Two users have provided constructive answers to your thread despite your "example" being an embedded link and a contradictory explanation. Everything you described in your last post is exactly what the default Topic Feed block does. Either deliver a more concise explanation or a better example, or this thread will simply be archived. If you act like a dick again to users who are attempting to sift through your nonsense, you won't have access to this site anymore.
  18. CSS adjustments on Dark themes to improve visual quality. Discord widget is once again hidden on mobile. Temporarily disabled auto-archiving of support topics to address a bug. View full release
  19. After looking at your post history, it appears you received down-votes for uploading a broken theme (a ripped copy) and for accusing someone of plagiarism when reviewing someone else's theme rip. I can't say I blame anyone for down-voting you. You cannot buy or otherwise campaign for up-votes. If the community enjoys your content, whether it be files or posts, they'll up-vote you. Otherwise, you're stuck with what you have. No Moderator here down-voted you or manually adjusted your reputation so just stop with the conspiracy theories.
  20. It's a simple div element with text.
  21. Any modern browser supports a variety of custom resolutions, DPI, zoom, global font scaling, etc. Plugins can break CSS as well. We've had two reports of this issue and despite testing by more than a dozen individuals, have been unable to reproduce. It's clearly an isolated issue. Both elements, nav and container, have the same max-width with a flex wrap for x-small and x-large resolutions. So, short of 99.99% of this community having faulty systems, it's safe to say it's not an issue with the site.
  22. Few things to note right away: It's a closed ticket so even if you had access to the tracker, you wouldn't be able to respond anyway. It's a ticket that was created long before we released our Halloween themes. That said, it's still not an issue on our end. When testing with both my 24-in widescreen and 32-in curved monitors, I'm unable to replicate the issue. Hell, I tried casting the display to a 49" TV with varying levels of scaling and still couldn't reproduce this. No one on our team can reproduce this issue locally either. What you're seeing is some combination of resolution, screen size, DPI, and browser settings. This is not an issue we can rectify for you.
