Did you whitelist the domain on Google Admin side? If not please whitelist it. If you have then please make sure you copied/wrote it down correctly.

Go to the old forum and export the member list. Then re-import the memberlist that you have downloaded and upload to the new forum.

Perhaps, permission? There is not a category and then there is no forum on that category.

Try to clear cache on the admin cp. Admin CP => Support => Second Radio Option => Clear Cache

Seem like there was a duplicated ID that it was trying to add to the row.

Perhaps you can ask go daddy to setup redis, if not then you can probably Google another host that specializes in that. I haven't Google any places but I think there should be someone you can pay. If you don't want to pay someone to host it then you could probably get a vps and host your website on it. Also do you use discord by any chance?
