    You should upgrade it to 7.1, it will run on 5.5 too, but it's not really recommended.

    Make sure new database uses same character set as old one. Backup all the files from server and backup database, and try to upgrade it. If something goes wrong, you can always post here for help, or simply just revert everything you did.

    Yeah for sure it didn't come with package. It could be some text dump, maybe even malicious file. Maybe someone breached your forum.

    Can you check error logs in your admin panel? Could you share URL of your forum so i can preview the problem?

    Some themes do come with setting to enable this, but some of them do not come and you need to manually add this to CSS of the theme to make it work.

    You need to disable them to edit their own content and also disable ability to edit others content.

    You would need to find what's the css class of that title box, and then attach background: url("url here"); entity to it, with probably background-size: cover; and background-position: fixed;

    Check if there are errors in your developer console. Also you can try and change the theme of editor in your default theme settings.
