    If you are new to theme editing, will be hard for you to edit the theme settings to add new fonts, you can use google fonts link in your global template : <link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Muli:300,300i,400,400i,600,600i,700,700i" rel="stylesheet"> and then just use the font you want in css with : font-family: 'FontName';

    Not really, you can try to use it to see what it does, i guess is a conversion tool for some database changes from a platform to other.

    Well, i guess this more a problem regarding the browser permission settings to show notification, as i know, on 4.5 this is still a debate subject, only from 4.6 will be something sure with „push type” notification on mobile device. You can try looking on your profile settings in the notification area.

    You don't have to be rude, these are just some settings you have to make, since you said localhost, localhost can be used on VPS or dedicated server, but as time you are on your own pc or a vps / dedicated server, there is no problem with them. The only problem with them is when you are using a shared webhost service, then you are vulnerabile to different type of shells.

    When you first converted from phpbb to ipb 3.4 does all worked ? As i see in that topics, its says to convert to version 3.4 and then update to 4.x

    If you are using different php version on your machine, add those settings in all php settings, in root not in your php.ini or user.ini based in your forum path.

    The 4.4 version has reached his and of life, you can try download a 4.4 suite from webflake and see if the update is included in the files we have here. You just simply upload all the contect except „conf_global.php” over your existing files and then go to youresite.yourextention/forum path/admin/upgrade.

    You can do it by using the player codes, creating a different block in the sidebar with the info you want to be shown, also you can create a video tutorial or a step by step text tutorial of how to be used ( if you dont know how to work with the codes ).
