New Shoutbox or not?

Hello.

 

I got Shoutbox v1.4.1 Beta 1b, and I read over the ShoutBox Alert. But when I installed it only shows IP.Shoutbox.

Is there a shoutbox alert ( You know that plugin that makes a shout that says  NAME Replied to Topic NAME, Or NAME Posted a new topic!) for this Shoutbox?

Yes I meant 1.4.1 as for the extender, it's a matter of taste. I actually don't care for either one.
