1 - How do I make the place to type under the shoutbox (like Webflake) VS the default way, where you type on the side?

 

2 - How do I make it show the number of posts required to post for every member group?

First one: ACP-->Other Apps-->Shoutbox-->Settings-->Hook: Global Shoutbox-->change theme 1 to theme 2

If you mean how do u make it so a member has to make however many posts before shouting
