Donations help promotion

whats the plugin WF is using for there Donation and subscriber set up... Can somone give me the list of plugins its using

For the purpose of me explaining this, i will call the 2 donation groups as Temporary and Lifetime. 

 

Temporary:

 

Create a user group for the user to be promoted into.

 

Create a product for a temporary package and select the following options:

 

So every time the user donates $10 for that package, they will be added into the user group selected for the package for 30 days or however long you set in the settings above.

Permanent:

 

Create a user group for the user to be promoted into.

 

 

Create a product for a permanent package and select the following options:

 

 

So every time the user donates $10 for that package, they will be added into the user group selected for the package permanently.

 

================================================

 

You will then setup different permissions for the 2 different products so obviously the users who donate $10 monthly will get more benefits than the users who just pay the one time fee of $10.

I believe the system WebFlake use to handle subscriptions is Donation Tracker.

Any tips on setting it up i have it but setting it up for the double promotion's looks weird as i need 2 promotions one for if you only donate $10 once and a repeating one for if they donate $10 monthly

Hi there,

 

I haven't actually used donation tracker myself but from looking at the screenshots wouldn't you just create 2 products, a lifetime product and a monthly product both for $10. Then set up 2 different groups so the monthly product gets promoted to one group and the lifetime product promotes the user to another group and just configure the permissions to how you would like it for each product.

 

If you'd like I'll take a look at the admin configuration on your website to see if I can help you any further.
