This isn't possible without custom coding. You would need to reference an inGroup array, check if can_view_others is enabled and then check if the topic is pinned using $topic->mapped('pinned'). Then you just have to edit that block (Topics Feed) and choose one of these: Spoiler And don't forget to choose the forums you want the pinned posts to show up.
