Problem Block Manager 4.3.6

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with the block manager, it is impossible for me to slide blocks on the right whereas before I could .. I have the impression to have touched some things that were not necessary

Fixed it for him.

He was having issue because he didn't close tags for group formatting.

You can't place them anywhere or you can't just place them on right side?

More than likely due to a JS problem.

I can only place them up or down, but not on the side ..
