ACP > Profiles > Profile Settings. Ensure Sigs are enabled. 

 

If you are upgrading from 4.2 to 4.3.5 then it's your theme that needs updating.

Se você está atualizando de 4.2 para 4.3.5, então é o seu tema que precisa ser atualizado.

To see signature options in your group settings you first need to have signatures enabled. You can find that option where I told  you.
