Download IPS from the Client Area over there, then upload the files and replace them like when doing a typical update.
then go to License and click refresh license data or paste in your new license key.

You mean you want to change the member ID of a member in your IPS?
Yes this is possible.
In Cpanel go to PHPmyadmin > open your IPS DB > look for Core_members > you'll see all your members there and their Member_id you can click on the ID to change it >

I had the same issue. it seemed to fix with going to the support too and clicking on: Something doesn't work correctly.

ACP > Profiles > Profile Settings. Ensure Sigs are enabled.
If you are upgrading from 4.2 to 4.3.5 then it's your theme that needs updating.
