New Web host, SQL Error

Recently I changed my website host, and with that, I need to bring our SQL Database over, Which I believe I have done.  but on our website it brings the following error: 

 

matterinc" on this new domain and host, we are using "usmc-arma" 

 So my question to you all, is how do I fix this little "access denied" or how do I change the name to "matterinc@localhost"
