I would like to know if it's possible to have more informations about IPS4.3

What's the requirements to remove the PHP error on my Windows Server Xampp server because I have more notifications about error due to the public acces for PHP.

Is it just compatible with PHP 7 or is it compatible too with 5.6 ?

It's only compatible with PHP 7 because of the PHP extensions used.
