problem with install a application

hey i tryed to install this application and uploading the items right but the public folder i dont know how to place it i uploaded it to all folders but its not in my application list

 

i hope anyone can help me installing this

oh okay i used the old version but now i have the new and i get the problem that i can install it but my site is down if it enabled
