So, I remember with IPS 4.1, there was an index file (index_rename.php) you could download from Invision Power's website, allowing you to have the suite in a sub-directory (e.g. /forum/), while the root displayed a home page from Pages. It appears this functionality still exists in IPS 4.2, but I cannot find that darn index file. It appears as though Invision Power restructured their website a bit, and in doing so restricted certain things (like this mythical file) to paying customers.
Is this file located anywhere on WF? I'm eager to obtain it so I can finish setting up my website, and any assistance is quite welcome.
