How to enable "Active users list" feature that was in ips3

Hello i can't find anywhere in the ACP or the theme where i could enable the "Who's Online" like the one at the bottom of almost every single IPS forum.

I've tried searching and found nothing so can anyone tell me what to do?

So if you are on your forum, main site. You can do the following

Click on the > button left side of the screen to bring in the block manager.

Once open click on System > Who is online

Drag this where you want and save.
