4.1.7 [Gallery] Can't upload pictures and more.

Hi, is there anyone else having issues with latest IPB 4.1.7 Gallery?

Issue #1: I just can't upload any pictures, the upload window won't open no matter what. IPB Downloads or default forum attachments are working so it's not a host issue.

Issue #2: It only shows about 20 pages of pictures, it should be a few hundreds of them, the rest is missing. If I search by user, or enter by URL it's there, but it's not if I go to category itself.

IPS 4.1.7 Gallery works fine for me.

I recently moved my host, but the CHMOD is correct (777) and rest of uploads are working fine on my forum. I only got problems with Gallery for some reason. As I said, the upload window just won't open, I also can't drag files in there. Maybe I need to enable some sort of extension?

Try to delete old cache. (AdminCP > System > Support)

Also was this with data storage or mysql for the storage of data storage? (AdminCP > System > Advanced Config > Data Storage)

I know some people that had the issue you had moving host and using datastorage instead of mysql.

Did that. It didin't help.

MySQL Database.

EDIT: OK, I managed to fix it, it was a server issue.

 

However, Issue #2 is still there. Catagories won't display older images. Is it supposed to be this way?

What was the server issue so far ? That might explain why you are having the other problems.

There was a problem with js.php file somewhere in applications folder, the new host for some reason doesn't like 777 permission, it wants folders to be 755 and 644 for files, so I did CHMOD on them and it fixed the first problem. I did the same with the gallery, I can upload pictures, watch them, everything is normal besides that it only shows about 20 pages, I have about +900 images on the gallery and I can't see the oldest ones. It stops around 2015 May, the oldest image dates back to around 2013. Let's say if I go to my profile and see images that just I uploaded, there, I can see every image, but if I go to main gallery category, it's not there. It's also not hidden or anything like that.
