[Question(s)] CSS and Ortem related questions.

Hi everyone!
 
I just have a few questions regarding my forums.
 
Here is what I need help with: (I've broken it up into spoilers)
 

I'm curious as to how to make my forum reputation like this:
 





At the moment, mine currently looks like this: 

 
So I guess I need help making it rounded, and adding the text to it. I've used this guide to get as far as I am right now: 

I've made my Ortem skin vertical, and since I've made the change, I've noticed that the topbar is not black (as it's supposed to be): How would I make the topbar change with the theme picker? By topbar I mean the bar that contains the username and the time/date posted.


 
 
Another question: I'm trying to make it so that the header will change color with the theme chooser:

But I can't figure out how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
 

Last but not least, the reputation in the bottom right appears to have dissapeared.. :

On a semi-related note, here's another theme that I've been working on:

For some odd reason, locked themes look like this:

How can I change the color of these buttons:

How could I fix these?
