Need Help with CometChat

I am able to install Cometchat into my IP.Board, but when I access the admin cp (for cometchat), I am given this error message

I tried contacting my host, and they told me that:

Unfortunately as this is a 3rd party software, We would not be able to assist in the troubleshooting of this issue.

Could anyone help me with this issue??
