I've controlled permissions and tried enabling all php extensions, unfortunately the problem hasn't solved. Could be the problem in database?

I will try installing my forum to localhost. I will report the status.

Editing

I've copied the forum to localhost, refreshed caches, and looked acp, the problem was continuing. The problem could be is on database or in files. I'm waiting for help.

Image's URL: /admin/index.php?adsess=123456&app=core&module=system&section=charts&days=7 (I've set adsess to 123456 adsess for security just now)

The url opens but image doesn't open. The cache folder's permissions are 755. The tmp folder's permissions are 755.

These files are exist. I've tried coping clean ip board 3.4.6 installation files to over of forum files, refreshed caches, it hasn't worked. Definitely the problem is on database but I don't know where is the problem.

If you want me to check it PM me an admin login and a ftp login and urls for your forum.

I've sent pm you.

I've tried changing all files and folders chmod with 777. It wasn't. I've downloaded all files, after deleted all files, and uploaded again. It wasn't. I've copied my forum fully to localhost, it wasn't again :(.
