    you would have to change the url in the Advanced Configuration but this should only be done if you are advanced users.

    you can delet them or put them in a group with know post and mark theme a inactive so if they come back they will still be there and than you can force them to make a post for new members and inactive! but if they dont than i would just remove the member from the community ps i would first send email to the members who are not active and if they dont respond than i would remove them

    you can still run the software you would have to upload everything manuly themes plugins ext. but i would ask your sever host to fix this buy upgradeing your MySQL to the stander one so you can run it
