there is not one thing you can do you had payed for a hosting that detected a nulled version and you was reported we can not help you with that! the only way you can do this if you but a license key to ipb or change the forum software to smf or any other forums that is free we have no control over your hosting pay for a new one that is offshore

why are you converting when all you had to do was upgrade it by website/addmin/install works for me when i do that never converted -
try to disable all your plugins and see if that go a way if it do than enable 1 by 1 and see witch one is doing it! but it could be is that the them you are using might not have been updated in a long time try switching your them and than run the clear cach like triqqy said

yes that should work but for the nulled plugins and themes you are using can get you ban from your license from ips if they find out that you are using it i have been there be for so use at own risk

you have to upload everything to your public html folder witch ever you have forums folder in dont need to replace your config or the .htaccess
