  24. Yes, we have a rule where we prefer members to post in the correct board. This question does belong in IP.Board Support and as such, it has been moved there. Your issue is with a software that we know about and it belongs in its respective support board. This board is referred to members that have problems either with other software that don't have a board for, or other general programming questions.
