    Update to 4.1.19.2 , I had the same issue and after this update now it's working.

    Download a backup with 3.4.x then upload all from ipb 4 without conf.global and then go to yoursite.com/admin/upgrade/. Make sure you update from 3.4 to 4.0 not 4.1 or the latest one 4.1.19.1 . And make a backup at your home folder and database.

    Hello , I want to ask you something , it is possible to do a forum with custom permissions , I want to make on my board a staff request section and there I want to see just some groups from my staff and the person who started the topic , but other persons should see nothing , only the groups I selected and the owner of the topic. It is possible somehow? (Sorry for my bad english i'm romanian)

    Yep , sorry I forgot to close the topic , it was from theme , I bought the animate theme , and now it's working.

    Hello , I have a problem , search don't work on mobiles on my board. http://www.gamerlife.eu , when I want to search something , it just hide my keyboard and don't work.

    Go to Customization > Edit HTML & CSS (your theme) > Go to CSS tab and search for .ipsType_richText find the line color and change it from #999 to black or #000. And that should resolve your problem . By the way , I'm romanian too If you need more help , you can PM me.

    I don't think you can add a line in custom.css , can you give me your board link , to help you. It looks like is from a theme css.

    Move the content from your subdomain (ex , subdomain.yourdomain.com) folder (ftp - /homedir/public_html/subdomain) (you will have admin , api , applications , datastore , uploads , etc ) , to public_html , and then edit in conf_global.php , 'base_url' => 'http://yourdomain.com', . Then go you are good to go.

    I used to have the same problem and I solved it by reinstalling the board again. What you will have to do , is to create another folder , put a fresh copy of ip board , install it , and then edit your config_global with the database from your current board. Then you will have to upload in ftp , uploads folder with avatars , etc etc And then you will have to reinstall all apps and plugins you have. You will not loose any content or members

    PHP version? Try to change if you have php 5.5 to 5.6 or 7.0 and if you have php 7.0 and give you that , change it to 5.6. That solved for me , I had php 7.0 and give me that error , and now I've changed to 5.6 and voila , problem solved.

    It looks like a theme problem. Try installing another theme.
