Hello , I was wondering how to downgrade from 4.2 beta 6 to 4.1.19.4 , didn't tried anything because I don't want to mess something. 4.2 beta 6 got some problem with themes , it's a nice update but , I want to downgrade to 4.1.19.4 , I used separated and then updated my live board.

Did you tried to change php version to 5.6 or 7.0/7.1?

Solved it , actually I am using apache + nginx and it seems that nginx uses different type of htaccess content , so I just converted apache htaccess to nginx htaccess and now it's working.

Hello , maybe this will be a dumb question but I need to ask because I don't know and I have a limited time. So I moved my index and my board from a cloud host to a vps , the index works great , but the board dosen't , in Google Chrome I receive an error : ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS tried to clear cache , tried to delete cookies etc etc , nothing worked , so I tried to make a subdomain and install a fresh copy of ipb , that worked , I can see the board and everything , need some help with my old board , can I fix it? If so , how can I? If not , it is possible to install a fresh copy of IPS and just put the old database? I have a lot of posts topics and members and I don't wanna lose something. Thank you.

Update your board to 4.1.19.4

Did you tried to clear cache? Try to disable latest installed plugin and see if it fixed , I saw something with steam_hook , try disable steam integration and see if works.

I solved it , it was from mysql settings. Thanks anyway.

Hello guys I need some help , so I decided to move my board onto a vps , I was on a paid web hosting , but money is a problem so I decided to go on a vps. So I moved the board from that host to my vps , I created the subdomain and everything else , my domain is on cloudflare , so I just changed the ip from the host to vps, at conf_global I edited the database name , because I changed the name and password , but when I type the board url it just give me 500 error , An error occurred (500 Error) We're sorry, but a temporary technical error has occurred which means we cannot display this site right now. You can try again by clicking the button below, or try again later. Try again How can I solve that? Need some help. PS I have an index page , that is working correctly but the sub domain dosen't.

I had the same problem at my friends board , the problem was from the host not from the board or the theme , dunno how it solved it , but if you can't fix it , i'll ask.

Hmm , for me most icons worked , didn't tried all of them , but half of them i've tried and all worked.

You can use fontawesome icons but there is no teamspeak icon . To use fontawesome icons just go to their site http://fontawesome.io/icons/ (i hope this will not be considered as ad) chose a icon do you want . Example this one : http://fontawesome.io/icon/adjust/ down there you have html code <i class="fa fa-adjust" aria-hidden="true"> Go to your board in Admin CP , edit a group do you want to put the icon and then at Group Formatting put this one <i class="fa fa-adjust" aria-hidden="true"> And at Group Name put </i> And then you have icons , I recommend to put at Group Formatting after the code a space or at Group Name in front of the code.

In php.ini find disable_functions and set new list as follows: disable_functions =exec,system,pcntl_exec,popen,proc_open,shell_exec And disable this two also : allow_url_fopen=Off allow_url_include=Off Just for security reasons. After you do that restart httpd. service httpd restart Or if you are using Debian/Ubuntu use: service apache2 restart

It don't think this is possible , you can try creating a file in your themes to be global , and specify the language for the specific theme.
