    I would change your PHP version to at least 7.4 and try again with a fresh install

    If you can’t login after installing then most likely the install was partially completed or failed in some parts. Check if your server meets the requirements for 4.5

    Have you tried to clear your cache or a different device? Sometimes after moving to a new url it can be cached on the device

    This seems to be a issue with yandex. Never really heard of them personally but try out a different provider

    Its a issue of your mail provider flagging the email as spam. i would contact them or check if your webserver ip is market as spam in a blacklist check. if you are using a unreliable webhost or a free host this could be a common problem.

    I would recommend using smtp as it’s more reliable. Regarding phpmail I would ask your host about it as it’s possible they can have this feature disabled if it’s a cheap host.

    Hi please check if your server meets the requirements to run IPS. This could be your issue

    Its defiantly possible but there have been some members who have gotten there license suspended for using nulled apps on a legit install of IPS. It wont happen instantly but IPS team is getting stricter (as seen with the 4.5 update where 99% of apps now have to be installed via the marketplace built into your website). Its really up to you but there is a higher risk of getting your license suspended and banned from the IPS website.
