Alright your asking 2 different things...
Are you having issues with the IPS nexus subscriptions assigning the role within the forum or having issues with briliant discord app giving the role within your discord?
What version of IPS are you using and what version of membershop are you using? IPS 4.5 is a major rewrite and most applications/plugins made for anything below V4.5 may not work or may be very broken.

You know that’s not the nav bar. The one in the attachment isn’t supposed to be edited. If you want to edit the actual menu go to your ACP and search menu.

What he mentioned should work if you did it correctly. I’m not 100% sure if it’s also a group bypass permission that allows you to bypass the blacklist urls
Can you please check the error and system logs in the ACP. If you see anything please show the results here. Also can you ensure that your hosting platform meets the requirements for running IPS
I haven’t used there themes in a while but if I recall I think they have a option in the theme settings for this but I’m not sure. If there isn’t it’s probably coded in the theme. You can still edit these in the theme editor but I’m not sure where it would be.

As tony said it’s a PHP limit setting. Contact your host or if you have a cPanel account most reliable hosting companies have a php editor where you can change the max php memory.
