  4. To configure this for a specific group.. ACP > Members > Member Groups > Manage Member Groups At the very bottom of the page is a Restrictions category. There you can limit posts per 24 hours.. or you can automatically moderate their content for X number of posts, or for X number of days.
  5. You could always use Dropbox.. they likely don't allow pirated content, but I can't foresee you being "caught" since you have to manually distribute the folder link. Has mobile and desktop apps that come in quite handy for quick/easy uploads. You start with 2GB (free), and have the option of purchasing extra space (starting a $10/mo for 100GB), or you can invite friends for an additional 500MB per invite (if they accept it), for a total of another 16GB.
  6. If you're not the site owner, you're better off contacting the owner and having him reset the password for you manually. If you're the owner, and no one else has access to reset the password for you, have a look at this tutorial:
  7. ACP > System > System Settings > Members > User Profiles Look for:Show users full photo in topic view; maximum width If you enter a numerical value, then the full member's photo is shown with a maximum width of the entered value. If 0 or nothing is entered, then the 100x100 cropped thumb is used.
  8. You may want to configure the hook in your system settings if it is not displaying -- the hook works fine for IPB 3.4.x.
  9. I wouldn't normally respond to a topic like this (pointless), but I've had the opportunity to talk/work with Justin on several occasions both here, and on FC. He is one of the most generous, earnest, and sincere guys I've ever had the pleasure to encounter in any sort of online community environment -- to say that his departure isn't a 'big deal' is naive. Have a look around WebFlake, you'll gain some perspective on how integral he was to the community. It's a shame seeing that he left as abruptly as he did, but I'm not privy to the facts surrounding his departure. In any event, I say we continue on and not allow his share of the hard-work go to waste.
  10. Glad to see you found a solution - you should consider posting this in IPB Tutorials for easy reference.
  11. No need to be hostile with others.. as I pointed out to you above, there was no need to open a separate support thread for an identical issue. If yours somehow varied from the others (i.e. it works on some pages, but not all), then it'd make sense to create a new one. Support requests are not "ignored" or "forgotten" here -- if an answer hasn't been provided, it's because the community does not yet have one. It's already become fairly evident that the issue is theme related (and this is coming from Paradiizee himself), making this thread all the more redundant. I'm here to help and guide you in the right direction, not step on your toes. This sort of attitude will only discourage me from offering you support in the future.
  12. Locking a thread won't make it "move" in the topic list. i.e. you lock Thread A.. then respond to Thread B... Thread B will now be above Thread A. Simply locking Thread A won't make it drop to the bottom of the topic list. It's 5am, so I may not be understanding you properly? Even my wife had the same impression.
  13. So the locked threads are basically staying pinned? Trying to gather as much info on this to be able to provide a better answer.. because right now, it looks perfectly normal.
  14. For some reason these remind me of holographic Pokemon cards..
  15. Not bad..! I particularly like the smooth 3d rendering you did with spin_gwave.
  16. Well, as Para mentioned in the other thread I linked above, it's likely an issue with the theme itself. I've moved away from the theme I was using, and no longer have any issues. Unless someone sits down with one of the themes known to be having issues and merges it all by hand, it's not likely you'll be using it anytime soon (barring an update from the theme author).
  17. Is that the snapshot you intended to share? Because that one is perfectly normal.. the Ø denotes closed threads, and they're both listed at the top. I can see that their 'started' times are AFTER the unlocked thread, but that's normal as well (locked topics can be bumped if you use the BBCode hook.
  18. I'm assuming you're using IPB 3.4.x based on your profile and your first error.. this theme is for 3.3.x.. fairly self-explanatory as to why you're experiencing these issues. You may be able to rectify the first issue by following this oh-so-easy-to-search-for tutorial... The second issue is likely related to using a Portal that was updated for 3.4.x, further compounding the fact that you're using a theme a full version below 3.4.x. I recommend switching themes, holding out for an updated copy, or possibly considering joining the funding pool to purchase the theme, as outlined in my thread, here:
  19. Look & Feel > -Your Template- > skin_boards > boardIndexTemplate ... find and remove (or comment out with <!-- -->): <!-- SIDEBAR SOCIAL BLOCK START --><div class='ipsSideBlock clearfix'> <h3>Social</h3><ul class="social"> <li><a href="#"><span class="facebook icon"></span>Join Us on Facebook</a> </li> <li><a href="#"><span class="twitter icon"></span>Follow Us on Twitter</a> </li> <li><a href="#"><span class="pinterest icon"></span>Join Us on Pinterest</a> </li> <li><a href="#"><span class="email icon"></span>Send Us Email</a> </li> <li><a href="#"><span class="rss icon"></span>Subscrible RSS Feed</a> </li></ul></div><!-- SIDEBAR SOCIAL BLOCK END -->
  20. Ah, yeah.. that one was prematurely locked. There are at least two open already though. Opening a new one will only be cause for confusion. It's best to have one thread with various "attempts" or any potential solutions, where support can be given in one thread, rather than being stretched all across the support board.
  21. Not a problem, glad you got it working.
  22. What IPB version are you using? If you're looking for a 3.3.x version of the hook, I'm assuming you're using IPB 3.3.x, which means this should be working fine.
  23. Really? Both topics are on the first page of IPB Support: Neither are yet resolved as it's a skin issue.. not something particularly "site breaking". You're welcome to use the Template Merge Tool, or simply use a different skin until a more concrete resolution is found.
  24. This works fine with 3.4.2... System Settings > HeadStand > [HSC] Recent Posts (Sidebar Block) Wasn't aware that the documentation was altered, but nevertheless.. this tidbit is rather hard to miss on the download page:
