  1. You may be able to. Creating something so intricate is a bit out of my reach, otherwise I'd offer to do it for free. I'd clear it with Staff first to be certain such transactions are permitted. I've seen folks pay for theme rips, so I can't imagine something that'd benefit the community as a whole (assuming you'd release it) would be such a bad thing. Best of luck in getting what you're looking for! If I find anything remotely relevant, I'll be sure to reply to this thread.
  2. Yeah, it appears I misunderstood.. I was thinking it was more along the lines of phpBB's "Apply to User Group", but minus the "application" -- they would simply change groups without required approval. Maybe this is more along the lines of member title, or changing their primary group as mentioned above? No clue. Either way, I'm not aware of any app/hook that handles anything of the sort.
  3. If you can get your hands on (TB) Change Group in UCP.. http://www.invisionbyte.net/shop/ipb/change_group_in_ucp.html You may be able to modify it to allow basic members to use the hook.
  4. An Administrator of WebFlake wouldn't share a tutorial that could potentially damage your site. It's the same method that any *good* nulled version utilizes... the DGT release simply didn't have it. Not to mention, some folks use retail without a license and want to remove the alert.

    Damn, almost cried

Shame on you! Ah well, can't expect everyone to secretly wish for a Zombie Apocalypse.
  6. You could always move the Lounge section above News & Happenings.. or move N&H under Critical Thinking (will likely want to change the name if you do), and move Introduce Yourself to it's own slot.
  7. Not likely, considering virtually every hook/app is developed by users, and not IPS themselves. The chances of any callbacks to IPS' servers is virtually null. If I'm wrong, anyone is free to correct me.

If you want a legit zombie experience, tune into AMC's "The Walking Dead". My wife and I are both obsessed 'Dead' fans.
  9. Looks great.. might want to move Introduce Yourself to Lounge or Chill Corner, but that's entirely up to you.
  10. I found a possible resolution (have not tested it myself).. care to give it a try and post your results? http://invisionfocus.com/topic/6808-no-options-for-post-moderation/
  11. The search tool can be really useful.
  12. Para is actually trying to lend a hand in another thread.. he has already indicated that he plans to have a more in-depth look tomorrow when he has a bit more time. It appears to be a theme-related issue only (I can verify that). Skim over the impatience of the OP, and you'll find some of Para's answers.

Surprisingly, for how terrible I expected it to be (I mean, a zombie move that incites "aww" rather than "shit!"..?), it was a fairly awesome movie.
  14. So you're being clever You're making a mistake I just nailed my 200th post Here comes the real Big Flake. Disclaimer: I'm not responsible for any face-palming that may ensue from this poem.
  15. Roses are red,Petunias are pink,Read enough of these poems,And you’ll need a stiff drink!
  16. Appreciate that, J! Took a bit of jerry-rigging with the Curve theme that Para released, but I got 'er in.
  17. This might be a silly request, but I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I'd like to add the user avatar in the nav-bar (right next to the message/notification icons), similar to what the original ForumCore theme had. I've used a snapshot of WebFlake's theme as an example.. I'd like to add the avatar directly where the red outline is, below: I know there are a few themes that have that feature built-in, but I can't imagine it takes more than a quick edit to globalTemplate. If anyone knows how to go about adding it, I'd be more than happy to share it as a tutorial and slap your name on it (crediting you). Thanks!
  18. Could just be 'test' themes.. I do it all the time, and allow users to provide random feedback if they happen to catch them before I turn off their visibility. Regardless, I don't want to derail the thread.
  19. Imperious' current theme (Cielo?) has their name right at the top.. maybe not in some fancy graphic, but it's there. The theme itself is a bit "in your face", but otherwise well done.
  20. I've done a good bit of searching on IPS, and haven't turned up any results. I'm willing to bet its an issue with the 3.4.1 and 3.4.2 versions, or possibly even a missed edit in nulled copies.
  21. Announcements should be at the forefront of that list.. I may be OCD, but most relevant links/information should always be at the top.

    Damn, almost cried

It has a lot of vulgarity.. a good reason for why its rated-R. Just be forewarned.
  23. I can verify that this is an issue with 3.4.x... haven't gotten around to looking (or asking) for a solution yet, so I'll be keeping tabs on this thread.

End of Watch has a nerve-racking ending.. definitely an emotional one.. likely not on the level of Dear John or any other romance flick.. but good enough.
  25. Got the images, and doing some tinkering.. I'll see what I can come up with. Thanks, J!
