  1. Let us know if the solution provided works for you.
  2. You have a disgusting lack of respect for this community with your impatience and assumption that your questions take priority over others. Thread locked.
  3. Either you're missing a required file or your folder permissions don't allow access.
  4. Upgrade to version 4.2.6 and see if that solves your issue(s).

  6. Posting the error and other related error logs would be helpful.

  8. A 1.4.4 version exists but we don't currently have it. You're welcome to submit a request in the Invision Requests forum if you have access.
  9. There's no explicit "ban" permission, with the exception of Flag As Spammer, which you can enable/disable when configuring Moderators via the Members -> Moderators page in the ACP. As for standard bans, those are issued via the ACP or with the use of Warnings. Members -> Content Moderator -> Warnings. Choose a number of warning points that members on your site can accrue that would lead to a ban, then create a warning reason that assigns those points, essentially creating a ban tool. For example, with WebFlake, when a user reaches ten (10) warning points, they are automatically banned but we also have an "extreme violation" reason that issues ten points, giving our Moderators the ability to ban. Flag As Spammer is the only one-click ban option on the front-end.
  10. Are there errors displaying in your Error Logs found in the ACP? Have you made custom edits to your htaccess file?

  12. Happy to help however we cannot reset daily download restrictions. Your cap resets 24 hours after your last download.
  13. 4.2.8 was released two years ago and is significantly outdated. We don't provide support for such dated versions, for a myriad of reasons. Strongly recommend that you use the latest version, 4.4.10.
  14. Not sure what may have caused the hiccup but it appears to have gone through on its own as your invoice is marked paid. Perhaps a delay with the processor on your end or a brief hold on your account.

    Question "Search" box gone?

Seems to have been a minor template error. Fixed now though. Thanks for the tip!

  17. 1S111/1 is a generic error. Are there any errors displaying in the Error Logs?

  19. There is this handy feature on our website called "search". It's really revolutionary. It has a box where you can put some letters into it and click a magnifying glass beside it and it will redirect you to another page with a list of topics and posts that contain the word(s) you put into that box earlier. Amazing, right?! It took me three seconds to find your answer but I'm sure you totally must've missed it. I heard that dudes who send Administrators private messages, asking for support, probably struggle with reading comprehension anyway so the search function might not work for them. I've taken the liberty of posting a link to your answer below, just in case you're one of those dudes.

  21. A few hours ago, we received a report demanding the removal of a particular file from our database. File in question: [Dark / Light] Fluent Design Theme Edition Here's a screenshot of that report. If you're interested in the link that you see in the screenshot, it just directs to a post in the support thread for the Fluent Design Theme on the Invision Marketplace. If you're thinking the author of the report seems familiar, you're not crazy! @aXen is the very same aXen | 1s2k, author of the Fluent Design Theme. After reaching out to aXen via private message, cordially informing him that we would not be removing the theme, aXen chose to threaten myself, and WebFlake, with litigation, ala "the courts" and "the law". To be clear, this thread isn't a retaliation for his threat per se because, frankly, we've had far more relevant individuals attempt to neutralize this community and to no avail. I'm posting this thread to highlight one of the prominent reasons WebFlake exists: people like aXen. Did you know that aXen has been a member of this community since October 12th, 2014? To date, aXen has downloaded 372 unique files from our database. That is 300+ files that aXen has benefited from but insists that "the law" is on his side regarding the removal of the Fluent Design Theme. He is perfectly content to be a part of the very same cycle that he is threatening litigation against — but only when it benefits him. I'm not at all interested in shakedowns, extortion, or idle threats from people like aXen. For any questions or concerns, you can reach aXen at [email protected]. You can also find his site listed as the demo for the aforementioned theme.
  22. No, they're server-side configurations that only your host can change in a shared hosting environment. Your forum will operate as normal with those functions enabled.
  23. That's not an error, it's just a notice for a recommended update.
  24. You can thank @Jeffrey for the design but as for the question itself, I'll direct you to this thread:
  25. Appears to be an issue that is affecting a small number of users. We haven't been able to identify the source of the issue yet so in the meantime, I've gone ahead and generated a new invoice for you, already marked paid, for the same bundle listed in our Store. You can manage that purchase (and download associated content from it), here: https://webflake.sx/clients/purchases/ Apologies for any inconvenience.
