Hello, I installed Calendar and it works well, and I added some test events, but they aren't showing up on the Calendar upcoming events widget. It just says "No upcoming events found". Is there a fix for this? or am I doing something wrong? I set the permissions so that everyone can see them, adjusted my own permissions, etc... nvm: i spent 2 days trying to work this out but why do i figure things out just after posting this... im sorry.

Hi, do I really have to overwrite every folder? what happens with the uploads folder? all the files in there will be lost if I overwrite it... this is very confusing. Should I not upload that folder and applications/plugins folders?

Hello here I am asking something again. I've already searched on the forum, on downloads and in google but i can't really find anything about it. Are reactions on posts ALWAYS anonymous now? Is there a way to show at least on the notifications who reacted to my posts? It was really weird when I upgraded and I started getting "someone reacted to your post" over and over... it was great knowing who reacted as it was an interaction with someone and not just "a point" to my reputation. Is there also no way to show a list of the people who reacted like on IPB3 when you click on the reactions? Any settings I missed or plugins? Thanks

Some posts are showing with codes like this: [color=rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;] is there a way to fix all the posts that have this problem without going one by one?

Never mind - The way to fix it was to go to System -> Files - > Storage Setting -> Configurations -> Custom URL. The custom URL was pointing to the old folder. Now it is all fixed.

Sorry if this has been asked before, I searched but didn't find it. I upgraded to IPS 4.1.19 nulled from this site. I'm doing this on a duplicate of my forum and not the live version. Different folder and database. Before upgrading i changed my config file and the upload folder path. All that stuff... The problem is this: the CSS and javascript files for both the admin panel and the forum do not work, it is all plain text, for some reason they're pointing to the OLD upload folder url from the live website which obviously doesn't include the iPS4 files it is looking for since the live version is still using IPB3. I tried the Support -> Something isn't working to re-cache all data, but it didn't do anything. I managed to fix the CSS by turn the Designer Mode on and off - this was complicated to do because I couldn't find where to do this since everything was plain text, so with Chrome's Inspect I edited the css paths manually on the html to be able to get to the page. A mess (I'm writing this in case someone finds the thread and finds this useful) But I have no idea how to fix the javascript paths and without that I can't do some things, like using the "manage blocks" button on the site, for instance. It is trying to find the js files on the old upload folder instead of the correct one inside this installation. is there a way to fix this? Thank you.

Sorry if this question is in the wrong section, or if it's not clear enough but i'm trying to understand something and don't know where to look. I'm managing SQL databases and there's a user assigned to them that I do not recall ever creating, looks totally unknown to me and I'm the only one with access. I tried contacting my hosting but they couldn't help. Can a script or something like that ever create a user? Or did someone get access to the system and create the user for some reason? Thank you

i'm on 3.4.6 and whenever someone posts emojis on the status updates, they show up as question mark symbols and they break that status update (previous comments dont expand) Is there any way to fix this and make emojis show up properly, or at least that they don't break the status update? Thank you.

Im trying to upgrade using the nulled web flake version (4.0.7) from 3.4.6 but on the last step (step 7 ) it gives me this error ksort() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given public_html/forum/system/Application/Application.php::1217 both retry and continue buttons do nothing.. it just gives me this error over and over. Ive tried reuploading that file, but it didn't work... Help please... Thanks!

Thank you but for now im going back to IPB3... its been the biggest pain in the butt lol. Hopefully Ill have a smoother transition later on. I have to admit I did make a few mistakes/accidents.... xxx

No, i dont use those... I found some errors while loading pages in the javascript files, for some reason they were incomplete and cut off at random places? very strange. I reuploaded them but i'm not sure if that's it. i haven't been able to replicate the problem with my test accounts and the users can't keep me updated constantly lol... At least they have told me can't read other people's PMs but it's very strange. One other problem I'm having that i'm not sure is related is that my provider restricted the processes of my account because I think, the re-indexing of everything after switching to IPB4 was causing too much CPU usage. So those processess appear stuck in the Admin dashboard... not sure how I'm gonna fix that yet. Might have to switch back to IPB3 and lose a couple of days worth of posts, probably...

IPB 4.0.2 Modifications: only theme-wise... By applications you mean plug-ins? only these BIM40 Hide Content and Instant informing I have done an automatic fix and cleared the cache... hoping something will do, because I have a lot of users logged-on and a couple have complained about ending up in the wrong account after the forum asks them repeatedly to log-in.
