    Could just use the Topic Feed block and select it to only show if featured then you "feature" tag all topics that needs to be an announcement.

    No logs no info kind of hard to give it a guess. If questions like these are asked I do suggest to provide logs or useful information. I mean did it get any errors ? Did it convert correct ? Did you convert it at all ? How many did it so convert etc.

    If you use Xenforo 2.1 you can use the REST API https://xenforo.com/community/threads/rest-api.155632/ That's exactly what it is for to get the data and do things with it

    I would stay away from FileZilla and reason I do. https://www.cvedetails.com/vulnerability-list/vendor_id-2889/Filezilla.html Here is a list of known exploits for it. Some say "update" but still are vulnerable.

    403 is normally a permission error from the server not ips itself. By reading error document I would guess it is apache as nginx I belive uses error_document. Check the server or get a developer or dev ops to help you with permissions etc.
