    Anything is possible but I don't think SAMP has a protocol that will work. Steam has a stream:// protocol hence why you can do it. Samp don't so that's why I'm saying I so not think it's possible but I will have a look around and see what I can find.

    Might be a bit difficult unless you have some sort of way to launch the game. Can be done in steam, that I know will have to think of it a bit.

    Would it not be simpler to just add display none to custom.css to avoid comment on the code?

    Answered this before but you need to add this custom.css to your admin default theme. #acpNewVersion { display: none; }

    a IPS version might be nice to hear, i know this was a known issue in 4.1.17 so might try 4.1.19.x If this is for IPS 4.1 > 4.2 please check that you have 4.1.19.4 before you try the upgrade.
