    If xampp is on your local machine it's normally in xampp\htdocs that's where web files lives If this is on a server then FTP

    Just to add some additional information, you can do this as a remote service (Though its the same process install IPS on a location, activate the converter as it also comes with 4.2 by default. Once installed fill in all information (and make sure you have a backup) and your good to go.
