    I agree with you so this shouldn't be a "required" duty of a member of staff. However, if the administration team think this is a good idea I'm willing to give this a go and be the operator. The only down side of this would be that it may take some activity away from the forums, so this could be used for special groups like subscribers/donators. Also, only for basic questions.
