It means either of the following things: [*]We're receiving a lot of traffic, to make sure the site doesn't go offline we stop serving pages untill server load goes down. [*]We're receiving a (D)DoS attack, ---^ [*]Some process on our server is taking a lot of processing power, this may be Backups | File Scans (With a lot of uploads, this can take up a large portion of the cpu) | HTTP Flood (see above) or Frequent file uploads. (Creating topics, etc.) So yeah, sometimes this will happen.

I used to look into some of these tools but completely forgotten the names of them. I remember one of them looked very neat and organized and would probably meet up to your requirements. I'll look and see if i can still find it. Something like this? https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira

Hello, The download limit per day is 15 Downloads. If you have a download accelerator like Internet Download Manager it will fuck up the download limit. I hope that answered your question.

Make sure you set up a sitemap and submit it to google webmaster tools. Also stuff gets indexed depending on popularity, age, visits, etc.

Is hosting from home really worth it though? I mean, for clan websites and such it might be a good idea, or for websites that expect to receive little to no traffic, but for websites that want to get established and well known, i don't think hosting from home is the way to go.
