I currently use chrome but they seem to be going backwards recently. I doubt anybody will be using IE, the page wont have loaded yet.

That's not entirely true :p. How much is WF hosting per month now? VPS or Dedicated? ​Not entirely but mostly. If the company you're looking at offers a VPS, with an SSD drive and is reasonable looking then you'll be almost guaranteed to have good performance if you set it up right. ​I can't find one with an SSD though. And even if I do, they're not really cheap. ​Who said we're using cheap hosting?
