    Well yeah, but if things ever get serious I will ditch it. My plan is to give the site to one of my administrators before it gets too big so that I don't have to deal with it. You know?

    What about the .EU domain name? I also don't think IPS would go that far cause it'd be in another country :/They won't really profit anything from closing or trying to make me pay. Cause either way, they'd take me down.If I buy a license, I bet they'd just delete it cause of the content I have on it. Correct?

    True, but, they haven't tried to file anything at me other than DMCA yet. And if I do get anything else, I'd do what the other ones say. It's a retail IPB with a "keygen" license. That's what the person who sold me the license told me. So, i'm guessing that's what they were saying. Now. I'll be removing CF from my site. Only for now and see what they want now. Cause they can't really do anything now because as I said, DMCA doesn't apply on offshore servers. "(Wasn't having a go at you or anything, would rather not see you get into trouble)." it's all good haha. I know

    Thing is, NONE of our content is on US ground. Even our downloads. NOT on US ground. So. It kinda does matter where your host is man. DMCA does NOT apply to Netherlands. Why do you think I'm on offshore?

    So I've been using IPB for a while now right? Right. I've also used cloudflare with every single one. Now, lately, I've had a successful IPB (3.4.5 retail with license), and I recently got a DMCA notice sent to cloudflare which was forwarded to me. Now, just so you know, I'm on an offshore host that's located in Netherlands. So DMCA does not apply. Alright, now, I got this DMCA notice, will cloudflare do anything other than send mail to my host? Does cloudflare care? I mean, has WebFlake ever gotten one of these from CF? Click the spoiler to see the dmca notice with my reply (mine is on top, original is on bottom): I am NOT in anyway trying to advertise my site. Just asking for opinions from WF and WF administration.

    offshorewebspace.net is the best and only one i've used. Been with them for about 2 years. Few problems and minimal downtimes.
