I really couldn't care less if a site I'm a member on uses nulled software or not.If I enjoy being on the site, I'll stick around regardless. If I end upbeing an admin on the site and it's using nulled software on on-shorehosting, well, the owner truly isn't that smart then. I myself used nulled software, but I've never owned my own site before. And if you don't like using nulled software, go with MyBB, or pay for a license. For IPB, it's only expensive at first, but it's worth it in the long run.

If you're off-shore and your host allows nulled software and such, you're fine. On-shore, they'll most likely take your site down. Somtimes, if it's a skin and the original owner finds you using it, they can send a DMCA.

You mean the old FC badges? I think I have them too. Phun released the .psd for them himself. I'm sure that if they wanted to, they could just re-use them on WF. EDIT: Para released them, not Phun. But yeah.

I prefer big communities because they will usually have a lot of activity, but I love small communities because of the nice members and staff, usually. I myself used to run a small community. It's nice seeing the good ol' people everyday, but it's always great to have new faces.

Spammers, it depends on what they're spamming... if they're low-quality posts, with 1 words and such, I usually hand out warnings. But I'm a nice guy, I don't hand out too many warnings.
