you need to replace the image in this location sitrename.com/public/style_images/master/profile/default_large.png Image I uploaded has to be called default_large.png and directory "where it seas master" has to be the theme that you are using. When you done that go to template tools and re-catch the template set that you are using. It will work fine.

if you want default aviator changed to rounded for all members it's very simple. Right click the avatar image go to properties in there you will see a full path where you should replace the image i.e www.yoursitename.com/public/style_images/theme you are using/profile/default_large.png replace that and you will find every one has replaced avatar. If you need more help don't hesitate to ask. Good luck
