Hi kelcy95,

Open up your cPanel and find Backups, 41dda078879fbe44bd6097d892a7add6.png, click it and inside Backups you will see this 6fd677ccfff982f7f37db4474feb0d6a.png, well click on the Buttom Home Directory and wait for it to download, then click on Download a MySQL Database Backup download link once both are downloaded, go in to your new cPanel and go back in to the same Backups, now this time instead of clicking Home Directory button, click the Restore a Home Directory Backup Choose File Button and upload your Home Directory, then do the exact same for your SQL as well, once both have uploaded go to MySQL® Databases and you will see your SQL uploaded 8d263f972df0d4cb1b15c5f6dec3c0e5.png, now all you need to do is create a user, once created a user, go in to your FTP open up your conf_global.php and edit these 1c5e6c9fb4573b41df49463462e39471.png to what it says in your MySQL® Databases

Im looking to change my hosting company.

How would i take the files i currently have on my current host, and transfer them to the other host to make them work (because i know my current site has the mysql details that i have on my current host)

Thanks

Or you could back-up the files yourself by going to your CPanel and then Back-ups and create a backup. When you have done creating your Backup the .zip folder should be in your home directory > go to File Manager , and then Home directory it should be in there.
